Facilitators Network Singapore Pte Ltd (FNS) was formed in 2003 with the mission of promoting and supporting the art and practice of professional facilitation in Singapore and the region through methods exchange, collegial networking and support services.
Group Process Facilitation is a rapidly expanding worldwide profession that plays a vital role in the workings of business, government and communities across the globe. There is a growing demand for people who can help groups build consensus, maximize participation and move toward action.
As a social enterprise, FNS operates with the agility of a private enterprise with a non-profiteering intent and a social contribution motive by offering trained facilitators as volunteers to charities. FNS organises regular learning and development activities for local and regional network of facilitators.
To fund its operations; FNS provides professional facilitation training and services for effective corporate retreats, strategic planning, group decision-making, board meetings, stakeholder focus group consultation/engagement and OD consultancy services for corporations at affordable professional fees.
FNS manages certification for the Certified Competent Facilitator (CCF), endorsed by the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC).

Prabu Naidu holds a Masters in Organisational Behaviour (UoL – Birkbeck College, UK). He has 19 years of MNC experience (1980– 1999) with Philips, AT&T and Compaq which spanned diverse functions in Engineering, Materials, Project Management, TQM, HRD, Managing Change and Supply Chain Re-Engineering — which set the foundation for his current seventeen years of coaching, training, facilitation and consulting work in organisational development.

Janice Lua has a MSc (UK) in Technology Management and MBA (Australia) in Entrepreneurial Management. She has over 10 years working experience in MNCs such as Hewlett-Packard, Seagate and Canon. She has 15 years working experience in the Singapore public sector in organisational development, quality management and project management. She facilitates local and international clients from diverse industries on social and business challenges, from board / management strategic planning, stakeholders focus group discussion, process re-engineering, customer journey mapping, creativity / innovation, problem solving to action planning.
