Course Objectives

In today’s fast moving and competitive world, it is essential for organisation to be equipped with the mindset and toolset to continuously innovate. This course will introduce to participants some of the concepts that form the basis of the innovation. This course has been designed to create an awareness and expose participants to the skills needed for understanding of where/how they can contribute, and sets them on the journey to being more innovative and creative in delivering their services and/or resolving problems.

Target Participants

For care staff who have supervisory and guiding role; and influences workplace/processes e.g.: Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Senior Therapist/Principle Therapist, Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, Nurse Clinician, Nurse Educator, Executive, Senior Executive, Manager, Allied Health Professional.

Ms Lim Hong Li
  • Bachelor in Business Administration ((National University of Singapore) (1996)
  • International Association of Facilitation (IAF) Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) (2006)
  • Twenty years of experience across the recreation, service, media and education sectors.
  • For the last 17 years, served as a facilitator and trainer for at least 80 diverse organisations from different industries in the public, private and people sectors.
  • Facilitated regionally and internationally for 12 countries.
  • Specialises in process facilitation, experiential learning, creativity/innovation, leadership, teambuilding, personal effectiveness and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Conducts retreat programmes, visioning, strategic and work planning, focus group solutioning, assertiveness and influencing, communications, service learning, project management and process mapping workshops.
  • Rich experience in training and facilitating Facilitation Skills training, Ask Stupid Questions, Aspiration Pathfinder, Multiple Intelligence, Design Thinking, Graphics Design and Rapid learning/storytelling workshops.
  • Facilitated World Café and Open Space Technology for big groups.
  • Effectively bilingual and able to facilitate in both English & Chinese.
