Janice Lua has a MSc (UK) in Technology Management and MBA (Australia) in Entrepreneurial Management. She has over 10 years working experience in MNCs such as Hewlett-Packard, Seagate and Canon. She has 15 years working experience in the Singapore public sector in organisational development, quality management and project management. She facilitates local and international clients from diverse industries on social and business challenges, from board / management strategic planning, stakeholders focus group discussion, process re-engineering, customer journey mapping, creativity / innovation, problem solving to action planning.

She was a Lead/Senior National Business Excellence Assessor with Spring Singapore (2004–2018), an associate trainer with the Singapore Civil Service College for OD101 (2009–2012) and Facilitation Skills for OD practitioners (since 2013). She is a Singapore Productivity Management Committee member (since 2004). She is an associate consultant with the Singapore Productivity Centre in the Service Industry Transformation Programme using design thinking and service design.

Janice has worked in Beijing for 1.5 years for the Beijing World Trade Centre project and has been conducting training / facilitation in Chinese in China since 2013. Her Business Process Re-engineering project for the Singapore National Library became a Harvard business case study on successful change management. She received the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) — a Singapore Public Administration Medal — in 2009 for her contribution to the Singapore public sector.

Janice is the co-founder of Facilitators Network Singapore and the co-author of the book SPOT on Facilitation. She is a Certified Professional Facilitator-Emeritus (IAF-Emeritus), Certified Master Facilitator (CMF), Certified Management Consultant (IMC), and serves on the Board of Assessors for the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC).
