Prabu Naidu

Prabu Naidu holds a Masters in Organisational Behaviour (UoL – Birkbeck College, UK). He has 19 years of MNC experience (1980– 1999) with Philips, AT&T and Compaq which spanned diverse functions in Engineering, Materials, Project Management, TQM, HRD, Managing Change and Supply Chain Re-Engineering — which set the foundation for his current seventeen years of coaching, training, facilitation and consulting work in organisational development.
With a Masters in Organisational Behaviour and Honours degree in Economics — both from the University of London — and memberships in leading professional bodies like the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC); Prabu has been coaching and mentoring managers and leaders in MNCs and SMEs in Singapore and the Asian region since 1999. He was the Vice-chair of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) Singapore Branch Council (1994–96) and was the Chairperson of the Government’s Human Resources Development Feedback Group in Singapore (2005–2007). For many years he was an adjunct lecturer with the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and Curtin University’s Master of HRM programme in the Singapore Campus.
He is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) Emeritus, an INIFAC Certified Master Facilitator (CMF), INIFAC Certified Master Learning Facilitator (CMLF) and a Master trainer of Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI).
Currently he is on the Board of INIFAC to oversee development of facilitation in Asia (2013– onwards). In 2011, he co-authored SPOT on Facilitation — the first book on facilitation in Asia and in 2004 he co-founded the Facilitators Network Singapore to upscale the professionalism of facilitators in the Asian region.
