Some of our web pages (such as on-line publication order forms, event registration forms, web discussion conferences, mailing lists, and information-request forms) let you voluntarily submit personal information. The personal information you submit to FNS will be used only for the purpose for which it is intended, and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time unless such release is required by law.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Please note that we do not give your E-mail address to anyone else.
However, when you submit a comment to our bulletin board or web forum, if you supply your name, e-mail address, or other personal information, that information may be posted along with your comments.
If you visit us and do nothing more than browse the site, read pages or download information, the site’s operating system will not gather personal information but will automatically record some general information about your visit. We gather information on the number of visitors and the nature of their information requests. We use these statistics in aggregate and not linked to you personally to improve the website and make it more useful to visitors.
We have a long-standing practice of using the FNS contact list only for events organised by us or in collaboration with us.
