Last week, I completed a transformative facilitation course by Facilitators Network Singapore (Official) (FNS) run by master facilitators Janice Lua and Prabu Naidu. While diving deep into techniques for enhancing meeting effectiveness and enabling organizational development through collective team inputs, I realized this is the skill I’ve been missing throughout my career.
It was an interesting, passionate and most engaging session that got everyone to actively participate and contribute lots of suggestions and ideas.
