Transforming an Organization by Listening to your People through Focus Group Discussions

Holly Naylor’s Post

I wish I’d known this sooner.

Lack of meeting outcomes? Silence when you ask a question? If these sound familiar, then facilitation could be your missing link too.

Last week, I completed a transformative facilitation course by Facilitators Network Singapore (Official) (FNS) run by master facilitators Janice Lua and Prabu Naidu. While diving deep into techniques for enhancing meeting effectiveness and enabling organizational development through collective team inputs, I realized this is the skill I’ve been missing throughout my career.

Come with an open mind. Discard all thoughts on traditional facilitation.
