We welcome experienced facilitators who are willing to accept a surplus (revenue minus expenses) sharing model to partner us in promoting, supporting and advancing the art & practice of professional facilitation by conducting facilitation-related workshops through FNS. Besides contributing to the enhancement of facilitation skills of the local network of facilitators, facilitators who partner FNS would be able to leverage on the opportunity to introduce their services to Singapore and the regional markets.
To ensure affordability, FNS workshops are organised on a non-profiteering basis at below market rate pricing. FNS will reimburse all direct expenses incurred by the facilitators as a result of such collaboration. Surplus over expenditure from the workshops will be shared between the facilitator and FNS.
